A payday lender has apologised to clients whom received e-mails threatening to get hold of their companies when they would not settle their debts.

The National Debtline claims it heard about many instances when MiniCredit acted with in an overly aggressive manner.

MiniCredit claims this has taken actions to make sure it generally does not take place once again
