A 30-year-old man has been banned from using Spirit Airlines routes for life after he took a drag from their vape, exhaled into a case, went in to the air air plane restroom, and set from the smoke security during a journey a week ago, this new Orleans Times-Picayune and CNN reported.
The unnamed passenger, from St. Petersburg, Florida, was in fact traveling from Detroit to New Orleans last Tuesday on Flight NK 985.
A journey attendant saw the person have a drag from their e-cigarette at his exhale and seat right into a case, the Times-Picayune and CNN reported, both citing the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s workplace.
The passenger was told by the attendant that cigarette smoking was not permitted on flights, the reports stated, but later on saw him going toward the toilet. It is not totally clear if he took the case or the vape pen with him.
